Hiring Now‼️ More than 700 candidates applied for the job opening. However, 80% did not match the eligibility criteria, most likely due to their failure to read the job description properly. We scheduled interviews for the remaining 20% of the applicants, but unfortunately, 15% of them did not respond to our emails or calls. We were only able to interview the remaining 5% of the applicants. Surprisingly, half of the interviewed applicants were unaware of the position, job profile, and company details. Eventually, we found only two suitable candidates, who met all the requirements. We offered them good packages and they were both on-boarded. Unfortunately, one of the candidates accepted the offer but did not join the company as he had received better opportunities. He did not even bother to inform the HR team. On the other hand, the other candidate performed well, stayed with the company, and got promoted twice. She also doubled her salary. Stay loyal, perform well, and the company will care for you. #hrcommunity
