TCC Europe’s latest logistics property in Temnitzpark, Germany is strategically built around nature. Developed in partnership with Invesco EMEA, the project site has its own biotope, which is home to numerous animal and plant species. In addition to creating habitats for the preservation of these various species, the project is being developed in accordance with the highest sustainability standards. Savills is handling the marketing of the industrial space, which can be customized to meet the needs of various users. Construction is scheduled to be completed during the second quarter of 2025. #logistics #sustainability #neuruppin #biodiversity #DGNBGold

I would love to learn more about how the implementation of the biotope landscape fit into the cost feasibility model for the project. As a landscape architect we are always looking for ways to promote and support sustainability while working within a project proforma. How did this work? Alternate funding sources? Special incentives? Specific tax breaks?
