Brentwood and Westwood came in at four months of supply, while Santa Monica has five months—showing a balanced market. But Beverly Hills? Not too many people know that you can buy a condo that is detached and there are a few across Brantford. Two (2) detached condos were sold from January 1, 2024. For the most part, you can buy a condo like my latest listing at 421 Fairview Dr., Unit 406 which is part of either a low-mid-high rise building. We call these apartment condos and they are typically one floor living (like my latest listing) and some are 2 storeys. Year-to-date sales of this style was 44% in Brantford (condos only). Others are part of a row and can also be a bungalow, 2-storey or 3-storey. Take, for example, the ones on Somerset Rd. (behind the Dairy Queen on King George Rd.) or on Park Road North (close to Powerline). Year-to-date sales of this style was 53% in Brantford.
