There are also properties that are in contract in just days receiving multiple offers. I am personally in contract with two beautiful condos, one in Eureka Valley/Mission Dolores (4 competing offers) and the other one in Cole Valley (6 competing offers). Reasons: Location, great floor plans, plenty of natural light, tasteful remodeling, access to a shared backyard, parking, in-unit washer/dryer and both part of architecturally attractive duplex buildings. Basically, both condos check all the boxes. But there is one more reason - my clients/buyers would be the first ones to admit that I was instrumental. ⬆️In the Brooklyn real estate market last week, 79 contracts were signed, up 23% week-over-week but down 16% year-over-year. ⬇️Compared to a year ago, condo contracts fell 22% (13 sales), whereas co-op sales declined 6% (two sales). ✅Contracts signed from $1M to $2M had the largest annual increase in activity, up 27% (six sales). ✅Sales improved annually in just three of the eight submarkets. Carroll Gardens/Boerum Hill/Red Hook had the largest increase, up eight sales. ✅Last week's most expensive deal was a penthouse residence at Quay Tower, featuring a private rooftop terrace with views of Manhattan.
