We are delighted to introduce you all to Harry Davidson-Morris, our new Head of Operations and a seasoned professional in the drinks industry with a wealth of experience and a penchant for unique flavour combinations. We sat down with him to ask him all the important questions.
Tell us a bit about yourself: With seven years in the drinks industry under my
belt, I've had the pleasure of exploring various facets, from wine and spirits
to venturing into the intriguing realm of CBD. I find immense joy in the
operations and supply chain side of things, thanks to the wonderful people I
work with, the exciting products I get to be a part of, and the occasional
travels (even if it's just to a manufacturing site in Reading).
How do you season your drinks: When it comes to seasoning my drinks, I have a tailored approach for different occasions. Mid-week, you'll find me with a
seasn LIGHT and tonic with a wedge of lime OR seasn DARK with ginger ale. For dinner parties, a dry martini with seasn LIGHT and to deal with the Sunday hangover, a spicy bloody mary with seasn DARK.
Weirdest flavour combinations you enjoy: I have a palate for some rather unconventional flavour combinations. Anchovies straight out of the tin? Check. Marmite with orange juice? Surprisingly delightful. And believe it or not, roast chicken and milk - don't knock it till you try it!
