Most of us are bound by our screens! I get it, we need to do work - and the machine helps us work. We have this symbiotic relationship with the screens we've created. Recently, I've implemented a screen blockade. A screen quarantine if you will! (I don't know if that's what you call it) but basically, I only have one hour of screen time on my phone, until it blocks me out (you can do this too in your phone settings). This encourages less distractions, and keeps you accountable to your own time. How much of your work demands screen time? Does your workplace encourage screen breaks?
