Simulating the vision and creating an immersive 3-D environment are the primary aims of VR headsets or Head-Mounted displays. VR headsets put up a screen in front of the eyes and cut-off all interaction and visual input from the real world. Two autofocus lenses are fitted between the screen and the eyes which adjust themselves based on the eye positioning and movement of the user. The visuals on the screen are played using a mobile phone or HDMI cable connected to some other device.Tearing or cyber-sickness is an issue that arises due to inconsistent frame rates and refresh rates. GPU's fps should always be less than the screen refresh rate, otherwise, the image would come out as distorted. Vertical Sync or VSync is used to monitor these rates and offer a smooth experience.VR already rules the roost in the gaming sector. It is also spreading its feet in other major industries. In the coming years, we can expect a sudden burst in the sales of headsets due to its hyper-realistic experience. As more and more people are becoming aware of this technology, it looks like its growing real quick. One of the critical factors in this is to 𝗲𝗻𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗿𝗴𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗺𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗲. Checking the accessibility of components is very difficult to achieve when you design using 𝟯𝗗 𝗖𝗔𝗗 𝗼𝗻 𝗮 𝟮𝗗 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗻. Because of this limitation, we use VR as a standard practice to walk around the machine and check the components' accessibility. This 3D check has enabled us to make our machines more user-friendly and friendly to our customer's maintenance teams.
