Every July Tom James invests over $1.5 million for our Owners Conference. This year I was asked to be the emcee for our Division. I was nervous but excited and humbled they chose me. I forget that I’ve only been building my career at Tom James since 2020. Reflecting on how grateful I am to be with a company who constantly has a greater vision for me that I have for myself. It was so fun being on stage, making a few mistakes, laughing about it, and learning how to be better for our January meeting. We receive constant training on how to serve our clients better, how to have a bold and brave mindset, the latest trends in cloth and styling, and personal development growth. If you’re still reading it’s probably because you’re my dad or a client. So I just wanted to lastly thank all of my clients for their trust and support over the last 4 years.
