June is #PTSDAwarenessMonth. According to the Mayo Clinic, PTSD can be brough on by traumatic events. #PTSD symptoms can vary over time. Common symptoms include trouble sleeping and concentrating, self-destructive behavior, irritability, angry outbursts, and/or aggressive behavior.
