Latin American fascism are remnants of European fascism that continued after WW2 and its this fascism that has Latin America under a corrupt system of elitism, plutocacy and nepotism where those who are part of the plutocraric class believe only those of their same caste have the right to own all the land and wealth and exploit others whom they feel are inferior to them. Fascism is the reason why Latin America remains underdeveloped and backwards.

an opinion that is a matter of national security for the US, The 21st century is becoming both complex and is closely interconnected than any prior period of human history, since the 16th century, the world started it roots in the age of exploration, Marco Polo to the Orient, Admiral Perry to Japan,Christopher Columbus to the West Indies, John Henry , Portugal, around the coast ofAfrica, etc. Travel has become a way of life, migration, the Expulsion of the Jewish Communities in Spain, 15th century, whereby the Jewish Communities fled to east, west, Europe and Africa, even in France, our Ancestors, 16th century fled the persecution of the Protestants vs Catholics to Northern Italy, Naples too. Today, humanity is diverse in social and political views, as well as the growth of sectarian groups, Hamas,Etc, source Iran. Our full support to the state of Texas, another historic day in the US, states rights, due to lack of support bythe Federal Govt. three million plus freely across the border, an dangerous open door on the southern border. Our assumptions and beliefs are nothing more than stories we tell ourselves, that we believe are the truth. The stories we tell ourselves, the language we use in those narratives. Who WAS actually here first? And the folks who came from Europe in waves over time... Are they immigrants? Refugees? Settlers? Colonizers? All the above? And what does that mean for the folks who were here long before us, indigenous folks who survived conquest, whose lands were divided up with lines drawn by powerful people far away? What does that mean for their redesignation from "homeland" to "outsiders" and "migrants" and worse? In this time of so much upheaval, it is time to question all our assumptions, all those stories we tell ourselves. This post by L C De Shay is a good place to start.

Latine/Latinx people are NOT “American immigrants”. Mexicans, Central Americans, and Caribbeans (INCLUDING Haitians) who are Spanish, Creole and other non-English speakers (thanks to more, and prior Southern European invasion — looking at you, Spain, France, and Portugal— but never the less) are descendents of natives and trafficked Afro people who have been here for centuries. These folx (including my own Creole ancestors) are descendents of conquistador survivors of Indigenous descent— really all Central American ans Caribbean people—- have been here in the Americas since time IMMEMORIAL. They speak Spanish, Creole, French, Portuguese and more due to the fact that they SURVIVED colonization, not perpetuated it as the most recent entry of English (and other European origin) speakers have. Brown and Dark skinned people are THE 👏🏽 ORIGINAL 👏🏽 INHABITANTS 👏🏽 OF 👏🏽 THE 👏🏽 WESTERN 👏🏽 HEMISPHERE 👏🏽 White European descendants — of any region of Europe— are not just “immigrants” (which is a cohort whose description embodies innocuous if not beneficial outcomes) but would also fit the definition/ description/ historically negative cohorts , such as: 1) Invaders 2) Usurpers 3) Pirates 4) Settlers 5) Imperialists 6) COLONIZERS Thanks for coming to my TED Talk. No, I will not explain.

🎵 "HAVE YOU EVER SEEN THE RAIN?" - A Diplomatic Masterpiece 🌧️ Creedence Clearwater Revival's iconic song isn't just about weather - it's a lesson in #StrategicAmbiguity that resonates from 60s counterculture to today's #diplomacy. Rain on a sunny day: Meteorological oddity or powerful metaphor? Is it about: • Unexpected challenges in prosperous times? • The fading of 1960s idealism? • A warning of storms to come? Like diplomatic statements, the song's meaning shifts with perspective, allowing for multiple interpretations. This ambiguity mirrors strategies used in international relations to navigate complex issues. From Vietnam-era disillusionment to modern challenges, the song adapts, speaking to each generation's struggles. What do you hear? • A rainbow's promise? 🌈 • An approaching storm? ⛈️ • Your own story? Your interpretation reveals as much about our world as it does about you. That's the power of artful ambiguity - in music and diplomacy. Listen again and share your thoughts! 🔊 Someone told me long ago There's a calm before the storm I know, it's been comin' for some time When it's over, so they say It'll rain a sunny day I know, shinin' down like water I wanna know, have you ever seen the rain? Comin' down on a sunny day #MusicDiplomacy #OneCancerBattle
