📍Difference between a VA and a customer service rep📍 Most people truly believe they are both the same thing, which is OK because I also thought so until I conducted significant study, learnt, and asked questions till I came up with this. Virtual Assistants (VAs) and Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) share some similarities, but they have distinct roles and responsibilities.
