A seasoned executive and board member, Andrew has extensive experience in corporate finance, capital markets, media, FinTech, AI, and diversity. Andrew is also founder and CEO of Wealth Stack, a pioneering FinTech platform leveraging AI and ML technologies to optimize capital allocation. His success in leading these innovative ventures showcases his foresight in emerging trends. He has a proven track record in sourcing and executing transactions worth over $1,000 billion. Andrew’s tenure on the boards of MEDIACO Holding Inc. and National CineMedia (NCM) demonstrates his deep engagement with the media sector, offering insights into both traditional and digital realms. These leadership roles reflect his commitment to good governance, financial oversight, and inclusive practices. A Chartered Financial Analyst, Andrew's diverse work history spans the US Army, Merrill Lynch, Emys Capital, Claar Advisors, and Standard General L.P. He is a graduate of West Point and Columbia Business School. Dobbs Defense Solutions is thrilled to recognize Sergeant First Class Dondre Lawson, CEO of Emerald Technical Solutions, a government contractor delivering innovative technology solutions and reliable cybersecurity expertise. Dondre’s strategic vision and dedication to excellence have enabled Emerald to grow rapidly since 2019. They currently serve clients like the U.S. Navy’s Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), the CECOM SEC, the U.S. Army DEVCOM C5ISR Center, and the U.S. Army DEVCOM at Aberdeen Proving Ground. Dondre has worked within DoD IT spaces since the age of 18. He is a Senior Non-Commissioned Officer in the Maryland Army National Guard, leading state recruitment and retention initiatives. At Emerald, he is currently building MILRES, an AI tool that will help transitioning service members with civilian resumes and job placement. Dondre strongly believes in investing in the next generation of defense professionals. He founded Defense Interns, a non-profit offering Harford County, MD high school seniors hands-on training with leading defense contractors.
