It was an honor sharing my "Why" as a leader in last week's Legendary Session. My talk is also a love letter to my team. Sharing the excerpt of my talk: "Leadership is a choice. You can one day choose to stop leading. But when you choose to lead, it should go beyond managing staff; it’s about fostering a positive shift in both our workplaces and communities, where authentic community leaders thrive. And that is why I consider myself a very good leader, not because I am highly competent, unafraid to show vulnerability and smart - but because I have an awesome team, a community that I am a part of. I have a very good team that believes in me, and I take pride of that. During the recent CNY celebrations, there were several opportunities to witness the Lion and Dragon dances. Viewed from perspective of Management and Strategy, the displays required Planning, Execution and Monitoring, involving aspects such as Strength, Agility, Fitness, Teamwork, Coordination and Practice before performance. Younger team members were Mentored and Guided by the experienced team members. There were instances when despite the Practise and Efforts, some errors crept in. But then, the Resilience and Training of the Team ensured speedy Recovery and good Result overall. We have practical examples of Life’s Guiding Principles all around us – be it nature, social aspects or life in general. They may not teach us something new but serve as reminders. Being Conscious/ Present ensures that we remain open to the Lessons all around us, contributing to our continual improvement – self-improvement contributes towards a better world. Wishing Continual Learning and Improvement to All.

It's about just 1 word ‼ But means a lot... TEAM 🤝 Have you ever experienced it !? Of course….!! Everyone must have🤷🏻♀ Before hackathon, I experienced teamwork, but this time it was different. Actually......TEAMWORK makes the DREAMWORK💡 Facing obstacles, we moved forward together. During our working hours, one of my teammate asked me benefits of work.
