Time flies when you’re having fun. Early September I hosted a Go-to-market/Go-to-scale workshop with the 2024 #startup cohort of ProVeg Incubator in Berlin. I triggered the participants with the tagline “Produce as little as possible as long as possible” as over 80% of startups run into cash-flow issues which are often linked to premature growth issues. The discussion was centred around the following questions: -       When to produce how much of what for which applications and for whom? -       How to balance cash burn rate and scaling efforts? -       What is required for proper end-product (by consumers) testing? -       Boundary conditions for macro and micro ingredients? For successfully launching a deep tech #startup understanding the impact of your decisions is key!
