I am frequently asked how a day in my life looks like. While there is no typical day, what is common is the intersections of key themes each day. 📌 Today was no different. The day started with a 3.5 workshop discussing AI integration options and designing digital assets in a VR environment. 🤖🎯 Lunchtime entailed follow-ups with startups, scaleups and investment groups regarding the upcoming workshops and meetings.🔦🚀 The afternoon entailed a Norwegian Embassy event building links between Swiss and Norwegian healthcare ecosystems. #SXSW continues to rock. Unsurprisingly, #AI is omnipresent. It’s rare to have a conversation without touching upon the astonishing development of AI and its global impact. Another major theme: XR, VR, AR - not just in terms of hardware but most importantly the exciting and emerging applications of these technologies. While XR, VR, AR are met with widespread enthusiasm, the implications of AI spark intense debate. Indeed, concerns about its potential risks to democracy, intellectual property rights, and a myriad of other issues warrant careful consideration and proactive regulation. However, it’s also crucial to recognize the incredible upsides of AI.
