Hello everyone!!! At the beginning of high school, I was very interested in OSIS. For me, organization is very important for a student because by organizing a lot of benefits we will be able to, such as multiply relationships, train ways to communicate, how to lead and organize many people, create a program of activities that benefit everyone, expand knowledge, even as a material for your further education. After passing and entering our organization we carry out basic student leadership training activities aimed at improving student skills or skills in leadership. One of the goals of student leadership training is to build personality so that it becomes stronger.

Our strategic priorities of developing the leadership capabilities of students in Irish Higher Education, and strengthening the value of student engagement at the national level in action!
I was delighted to be asked as part of my role in National Student Engagement Programme (NStEP), to deliver a workshop for the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI)'s Student Leadership Development Programme. I love delivering training to students, and we had an engaging session discussing unconscious bias, addressing microaggressions, intersectionality, and universal design for learning through the lens of student engagement! Many thanks to Celine Marmion and Liz McNicholl for the invitation.

Hi there, check out this amazing opportunity! "SELI provides highly motivated and diverse undergraduate juniors, seniors, and graduate students opportunities to develop as leaders, engage in their communities, and learn about contemporary education issues through this leadership development effort. Students spend the summer in trainings and working at an assigned education supporting nonprofit organization, state agency or school district. During this experiential learning opportunity, they examine strategies for improving education, addressing community needs, and putting theory into practice."
