Since launching our HEART Giving and Volunteer Programs last year, we’ve been exploring ways to expand our global impact. This week, we brought our employees together for our first HEART Volunteer Day — a coordinated effort where we united worldwide for a day of service. This was a grassroots effort designed to reflect our values throughout the experience. From providing food to those in need to beach clean-ups, our employees came together to make a positive impact in their local communities and enjoy a memorable day together. #WeAreTheTradeDesk

🌟 As we find ourselves in the heart of National Volunteer Month, I'm reminded of the beautiful truth: when we align ourselves with a mission, we inherently commit to making the world a better place.
Consider for a moment the quiet power of a helping hand extended to a neighbor in need, the warmth of a smile shared at a local shelter, or the sense of purpose found in championing causes close to our hearts. These simple yet profound acts of service form the very foundation of positive change.
Dr. Joe Dispenza reminds us that, "When you're in service to a mission or a purpose, you're committed to changing the world for the better. And that can happen on the scale of your world - your family; your company; your community."
My passion for serving others is an intrinsic part of who I am. It resides at the very core of my being, shaping my values, guiding my actions, and defining my purpose. I am filled with gratitude for the opportunity to make a difference, to leave a lasting impact on the world.
Together, let's redefine the possibilities of service. Let's embrace the transformative power of collective action and uplift our communities, one act of kindness at a time. 🌍✨

Doing our part.
Being a part of the South African business community means so much more than providing excellent services, professional opportunities, and thriving facilities and properties. It’s also about contributing to the specific needs of others. The Broll Foundation forms part of exactly that – where we take great pride in Brollies stepping up and stepping out to improve the lives of those around them.
Our Brollies have been taking time out of their busy days to do their part for 67 Blankets for Nelson Mandela Day, and were just recently invited to tea with Carolyn Steyn, and members of the 67 Blankets EXCO and Brand Ambassadors. The purpose of this visit? To deliver 25% of the wool that forms part of our commitment to distributing wool to communities with the passion, ability, and drive to knit or crochet blankets for the cause, but don’t have the resources.
This is as important a part of this wonderful initiative as making the blankets ourselves, as it demonstrates the value of true empowerment – assisting communities with the resources to make their own impact. Giving so others can be a part of it too. So much of what we do at Broll is about empowerment and enablement – giving our clients the means to do and be their very best.
What will your contribution to 67 Blankets be this year?

Thank you for giving back to our communities, Daymakers. Your efforts made a positive impact around the world during this Global Volunteer Month. 👏 #makesworklifebetter
In the past, I shared and volunteered during Christmas without fully grasping the profound impact of the giving season itself.
Today, I find myself more aware than ever of the giving season's essence, having witnessed the incredible power of collective generosity.
Over the past 9 months, my journey with United Way of Massachusetts Bay has been eye-opening, emphasizing the urgent need for economic justice, particularly during these challenging times. The world is facing unprecedented hardships with widespread hunger and displacements, making our acts of giving more imperative than ever.
Amidst these challenging times, the imperative to give is not just a moral obligation but a collective responsibility. As global citizens, we are interconnected, and the well-being of one is inseparable from the well-being of all. This perspective, shaped by my mom, guides my actions.
Our acts of generosity have the potential to restore faith in the inherent goodness of humanity.
This season let's not merely give, but let's give with purpose and compassion. Together, we can create positive change, uphold the values taught by those who came before us, and bring hope to those who need it most.
With The Gratitude Project, I witnessed the profound influence of collective action Alicia AdamsonMirayah Rivera CheekMolly Cullen, a compelling reminder that our unity can fill empty plates and uplift those in need. Check out this recap video!

🌟 Unlock the Power of Volunteering! 🌟
Are you ready to make a meaningful impact while boosting your own well-being? #Volunteering isn't just about helping others; it's also about enhancing your life. Research shows that when we lend a hand or contribute resources to those in need, our brains release feel-good endorphins, leading to what psychologists call the "helper's high." 🧠💫
