Recently announced by ECHA, enforcement authorities will start a project to verify if duty holders have reported hazardous mixtures to poison centres as required by Annex VIII to CLP. Inspections are scheduled to start in January 2025 and will last for six months, following the deadline to complete all Poison Centre Notifications. 🔍 ECHA announced Poison Centre Notification Enforcement Project 🔍 ECHA's Enforcement Forum is launching a project to verify poison centre notifications for hazardous chemical mixtures. The project will start in January 2025 and run for six months. This is after the transition period for already notified mixtures.
