If Carlsberg did headshots…. | Headshots | Family Portraits | Pet Portraits | Ambassador at the Children's Adventure Farm Trust |
Blatant sales pitch this morning to start the week. Have you ever noticed how really successful people have stunning headshots? Successful people invest time and money in projecting their success, their credibility and marketing their marketability if you like. Actors do it, business people do it, politicians do it, sports people do it. Hell, if we’re in business and trying to push forward, we all do it and we need to. And it's not as difficult to do as most of us realise. If you're sat on the fence and thinking your competitors look look more successful than you, come and get your headshots updated. Show your customers that you’re sincere and they can trust you make your competitors sit up and take notice of you. Our next headshots days are in Leeds - 2nd May, Chester - 14th May and Warrington - 21st May. To book, use the link in the comments. #headshots #personalbrand #marketing #chester Headshots Matter

Day #2 of my orientation and sales training over at Power Home Remodeling, and a few things stick out to me: 1. Culture. Everyone you meet is kind, charismatic, and selfless. They take time to get to know you, give advice from a place of personal experience, and actively work with you towards your success. 2. Opportunity. You can see it all around you. There's so much room for growth. Everyone is transparent about their numbers and the competition is alive and healthy. 3. Quality Sales Training. As a trained actor, receiving any script with an actual line by line script analysis already given to you is remarkable. Getting that from a sales organization is even crazier. It's a great sign when a company has really thought through their process and presents it effectively. It helps everyone to get on the same page and build confidence and achieve success as fast as possible. I'm very excited to continue my training and see what doors Power opens for me (pun intended). #tuesdaythoughts

When giving your 30-Second Commercial, what can you do to initially spark interest? After all, stating your name at the beginning of the commercial does not do anything to grab attention. Instead, several options are sure to get the audience's attention, such as: · Ask a question! We are like a room full of 5-year-olds. When you say: Did you know…? Most of the time, they will almost all turn their attention to you. · Give an example of how you have helped a prospect or client, using your area of expertise. “Recently, I helped a prospect solve an issue with _______.” Don’t forget to make it simple and to-the-point. · Make a statement about exactly who you are looking to connect with this week. “Today, I would appreciate an introduction to the Sales Manager at XYZ Corporation.” · Use this time to announce one of your “New Product/Service Offerings.” Mix it up. Create several different commercials that you can use rather than drone on with the same old blah-blah-blah. I Help Organizations Become More Inclusive with Minimal Effort | Professional Speaker | Journalist | Podcast host | Book a Discovery Call to Learn More
Drewbie Wilson is the CEO of "Call the Damm Leads", a company that helps business owners worldwide generate more leads and establish sustainable businesses. Wilson designed hats and t-shirts with the phrase "CALL THE DAMN LEADS" imprinted on them to motivate his team and demonstrate that a positive attitude can make anything possible. The message and narrative behind the merchandise resonated with people, and it quickly became a symbol of hardcore salesmanship and a zero-excuses philosophy. If you're tired of hearing complaints and ready to take action, stop waiting on the sidelines and "CALL THE DAMN LEADS." I recently interviewed him about the significance of providing exceptional service rather than concentrating on sales. By adopting this motto, you can improve your ability to close more sales in business and establish yourself as someone people want to do business with.

Cats love boxes! Got me thinking about my previous sales manager role and the "out of the box" solutions I've seen done to keep client relationships (know idea why 🤷♂️)...... - To meet a client deadline, rent a box truck and drive non-stop from Indianapolis to LasVegas - Fly a person cross country with a $75.00 product for a 1 day event - Get a production crew in at 1:00 am to print a banner and drive it 3 hours for a one-time parade to celebrate the city's NHL team winning a championship It's my observation and experience that providing "out of the box" solutions like this builds rock solid relationships with clients. And, builds trust in a world where salespeople are not trusted. In the comments, describe an "out of the box" solution you've done to keep a client relationship.
