Tenant Giovanni Cosmetics, Inc. has renewed its lease at Alere Property Group’s 2064 University Drive and 19020 Dominguez Hills Dr., two neighboring properties in Compton. The warehouse facilities comprise approximately 87,000 square feet and feature 24-ft clear height.
