Please forgive me as am not too respective of the tribunal decisions Seriously how they are gonna accommodate the escorted leave when the escorted current leaves cannot be accommodated without a patient being in fear being of being written up and accused today this was reduced to 15x3 when the dr has not even been on the ward inclusive or matron and manager Today as stated Topaz ward staff have changed very very sinisterly changed my leave on a virtual c touch monitor Possibly night shift and or sinister staffing That a tribunal record can confirm That my leave was at 4 x 15 minutes then 4 x 30 minutes As tribunal can confirm 4x 30 minutes Now tell me very very kindly who was on night night that edit my leave as I requested unescorted leave please What kind of corruption is this as I lost any unescorted leave being considered on Friday as I was moved from Ruby to Topaz Ward and was not also granted unescorted leave When questioned your spoken to like a simpleton, Unwell patient, Have no humanitarian rights can not have the ability to state and or assertion of corruption and whose been paid to take back handers and wants you to be written up Faithfully and sincerely Prithpal Parmar

maliciously, Hypercritical nursing staff inputs at tribunal not engaging with other mental health patients, Every one got there own level of categorised mental health some have not be categorised as mine is robbed to be inferiorly mental health Very very damning, Victim of family politics as well as whose swindled a academic and or experienced security career of me thats carried out over a life sentence on me Please refer to lords and parliament really How can nursing staff accommodate additional escorted leave when the current leave at four times a day at 15 minutes can’t be accommodated As you have to wait under and or over a hour to hours for any eligible leave at times due to unethically practices and being in a position that your governed on via powered on you as your a patient, There nursing staff and professionals As a defence for nursing staff, Healthcare professional they are overwhelmed and under resourced, Many internal and external factoring factors that there is enough subject matter to allow a subject of achievement and study That patients liberty, Wellbeing suffers to how they are addressed in each other’s space and time with healthcare professionals whilst on sections

Please delete as deemed necessary and appropriate please Please pardon me and forgive me If I may as, I need of assistance from unethical practices very very inhumanly i was prevented from attending a funeral on compassionate grounds on Friday as any unescorted leave that was gonna be considered and or granted was lost in transition from Ruby to Topa ward on Friday inclusive of a dr not being present to authorise this leave As this can be seen as individual, Let alone cultural racism to ethnic racism factors History as follows Now, I was not granted any type of unescorted leave due to being relocated from Ruby to Topaz ward late evening Thursday Prior to learning of a death and funeral that I was not given any type of compassionate leave for on Friday Now as a tribunal hearing result on the 16th a Tuesday at Newham Mental Health Hospital, Please read the false mental health history that was previously provided As a tribunal result, Am still sectioned on section 2 and no additional leave has been given as unescorted leave is not granted However escorted leave only at 4 times a day at half an hour Today reduced to 3X15 as stated on c touch staff monitor so basically need to find out whose changed this sinisterly and
