If we are to defend real news, then we need to know how to talk to children when the headlines are grim or difficult 📰😬 To help, The Day uses the acronym: "forum". It feels apt since a forum is a place for the free exchange of views 🗣️ How do you deal with difficult news with your class? 🤔

💡 Here's a tip: Call one feeder school to find out about their graduating class. Find out what are their families interested in. What needs to be true for them to come to your school? Integrate that messaging into the story you tell families in that market. We got this.
