This was a great read about employee's expectations of how their employer should be helping them with childcare support. If you've recently had feedback on a staff survey or pulse survey about childcare support, this would be a good starting point to see how others think about employer support. "Bright Horizons' Modern Family Index, which surveyed 2,004 respondents in the United States, found that parents are less likely to feel afraid that their family responsibilities will have negative implications at work."
