You can move forward only with experience. It’s better to take a job that is less paying and build yourself. I went to NYU and I learned it the hard way.

These graduates can absolutely get a job. The traditional HBS student used to seek employment on Wall Street or with top Consulting firm's such McKinsey. However, over the past 6 years, a large percentage of HBS graduates are now seeking Silicon Valley employment as well as with thriving Start-Ups. With the Valley laying off, it is no surprise that 20% of the graduating class is unemployed.

MBA is so overrated

I ain’t gon lie it really hurt my heart to hear even the smart kids are struggling right now. I really need to know at least somebody is succeeding in the world right now.

They keep this up and the percentage keeps going up…in the next 2-4 years, there’s no need to get the MBA!…OR, at least, not from Harvard or any “Ivy League School.” The marketing dept. for Corporate world and post high school educational schools is VERY strong! They will make it look like they get the job, etc.

ok, so, maybe if you want a well paying job in Finance, having graduated from HBS, you might want to reconsider the OT. culture wars and Antisemitism? Because neither one is a desired criterion in the field.

I can understand both sides. Expectations have to be managed given the current market. It’s a fluid thing.
