Hi everyone! Chen C. here, sharing insights from my recent visit to Bueng Kan. During my visit, I observed Koltiva's field agents delivering customised Good Agricultural Practices (GAP) coaching for local farmers. Based on previous assessments, these sessions are tailored to each farmer's specific needs. To ensure effectiveness, we opted for smaller group settings with a maximum of 2-3 farmers per group, allowing the field agents to provide more personalised coaching. The feedback from farmers has been positive, indicating their appreciation for this tailored approach. Stay tuned for my next update, and if you have any questions, please put them in the comments below!

What's your experience been like working in science? 🧬🌾🥬🍅🌶️ "I love working in and with nature. My training is diverse and I am closely involved in the development of new vegetable varieties between the greenhouse, trial field and laboratory. It's really exciting to see how good varieties are made even better." - Anna-Lena Hargens, training to become an agricultural technical assistant at Rijk Zwaan Bundesverband Deutscher Pflanzenzüchter e.V. #WomenInScience #GrowingTheFuture

Had the pleasure of attending the CAFRE - College of Agriculture, Food and Rural Enterprise graduation yesterday at Greenmount campus representing Dale Farm Ltd. Great to see youth and enthusiasm coming into the local Agri-Food sector. Some big challenges on the horizon but also great opportunities too. One of the biggest lessons Ive had is that learning never stops, it’s not an option in the fast-paced world we operate in. Embracing continuous education empowers us to adapt, grow, and excel in our careers and personal life’s. So from the class of 03’ to the class of 24’ I would say the best investment you can make is in yourselves.#LifelongLearning #growthmindset

Every opportunity to learn is one to scale up and increase your knowledge. Efficient and effective learning goes beyond just the gathering of information but the application of the information. At EYiA, you are not only taught the theory, as practicals are also involved. After the 3 months, the program continues as a 9 month mentoring program ensuring the skills are effectively put to use. Ever considered owning your own farm or managing one, or have growing interest in agriculture and just need the right information to delve into it, this program is just the right one for you!
