We identify six marketing "levers" that relate directly to the three drivers of financial value (using the Gordon Growth Model as our starting point). We believe that use of this framework will create a more productive dialogue between marketers and their finance colleagues because it will focus on the value to the business of incremental improvements in profit, growth, and risk - and the investments required to achieve them.
