The best way to get new customers into your restaurant? AND it's free! 𝗚𝗶𝗳𝘁𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗱𝘀. But not just any gift card - oh no. A gift card worth 3x the value that your customers actually buy it for. For example - if the card is worth £75, sell it for £25. (since your mark-up is likely 3x-4x it costs nothing!) It's seems counter intuitive in recent times which inflation, rising costs and a declining average spend but I disagree. Selling these such cards before popular holidays (Christmas, Valentines, Easter etc) is a great way to gain new customers 𝗟𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗶𝘁 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻 👇 - Sell £75 gift card to your existing customer for £25 - The customer gives you their email to redeem - Limit the offer to 2 per person (creates exclusivity) and make them redeemable during typically off-peak periods - Your customer looks great to their family and friends when they present them with the gift - You acquire 2 new customers for free - Wow the guests with what you do best!! And BOOM!! 2 new happy customers who then go and tell a few of theirs friends and before you know it, word of mouth is compounding in your favour! Yeh, you're welcome 🤗

Good one for encouraging repeat visits in the new year. Get them sold in December to be used in Jan/Feb

Great idea, if only I worked for a company who's PMS/accounting procedures could easily cope with selling gift vouchers! 😂
