We're excited to be part of the ReGen Valley project and the work that ARMI has done to elevate the needs of workforce development in the Manchester Community. We look forward to the collaboration that will advance the directives of the ReGen Valley project while working to meet the needs of our community members now and into the future.

This afternoon, U.S. Deputy Secretary of Commerce Don Graves visited the Manchester Millyard to announce the Economic Development Administration's Tech Hub Award of $44M to ReGen Valley. Nationwide, grants totaling $504M were awarded to 12 Tech Hubs to enhance the production of critical technologies and foster job creation in innovative industries. Graves stated, “The Department of Commerce is laser focused on expanding economic opportunity to every corner of this country. The Tech Hubs program is a commitment to American economic prosperity and success. These 12 awardees embody the innovation and creativity that can be found nationwide, boosting U.S. manufacturing and bolstering U.S. global competitiveness.” The impact of this funding on the Manchester-Nashua region is substantial, promising growth that will radiate nationwide as ReGen Valley aims to become the global epicenter of biofabrication. The ARMI's Chief Innovation Officer Julie Lenzer will lead the ReGen Valley Consortium as its Regional Innovation Officer. “The Tech Hub drew over 40 amazing organizations – education, industry, and non-profits – all rallied around the promise of biofabrication not just for our region’s economic growth but for the millions of patients around the world suffering from chronic disease and traumatic injury.” Flo Nicolas, Esq., ReGen Valley Tech Hub Chief Impact and Community Engagement Officer, shared her enthusiasm: “I am excited to be part of history in the making, the scaling up and production of a critical technology that will have an impact both locally and globally. But the most important part of my role is ensuring that we do so inclusively, equitably, and with long-term sustainable impact. We have an opportunity to do this right, and we achieve that by ensuring no one is left behind.” Read the full announcement here: https://lnkd.in/eAR3x89v Get Tech Smart Foundation for Healthy Communities NH Small Business Development Center (SBDC) Dartmouth College The Granite YMCA Merrimack Manufacturing Catholic Medical Center Southern New Hampshire University University of New Hampshire-Manchester New Hampshire Department of Business & Economic Affairs Rockwell Automation University of New Hampshire New Hampshire Center for Justice & Equity City of Manchester, NH, City of Nashua, New Hampshire, #NHCommunityFund YWCA USA FIRST Rockwell Automation Business Alliance for People of Color (BAPOC) Saint Anselm College Advanced Solutions Life Sciences VitroLabs Inc New Hampshire Businesses for Social Responsibility (NHBSR) Franklin Pierce University Safi Biotherapeutics Inc Manchester School District United Therapeutics Corporation New Hampshire Hospital Association Nashua Regional Planning Commission SOUTHERN NEW HAMPSHIRE PLANNING COMMISSION NH Tech Alliance Spark Academy NextGen Manchester: NH Biofabrication Cluster #ReGenValley #EDAtechhubs Manchester Community College NH #NHBuildingandTrades #UNHStemMobile
