We make our own monsters. So many of our services are disjoined and difficult to navigate. These issues lead to calls and emails looking for clarification. When you get introduced to someone over email, ALWAYS bcc the introducer at the top of your next email. It: 1. Allows them to get off the thread in a great way, lowering inbox noise for them 2. Shows the other party you know the rules of making introductions 3. Increases their confidence that you may know other rules like that too, which means they may lean in just a little more. Use BCC, Every time.
