As we celebrate the vibrant history and achievements of the LGBTQIA+ community, we also reflect on the long and ongoing struggle for equality and justice. Pride is not just a celebration; it is a powerful reminder of the resilience and courage of those who have fought—and continue to fight—against discrimination and prejudice. Allies, our support is more important than ever. We must raise our voices, advocate for change, and stand in solidarity with the LGBTQIA+ community. It matters. True allyship means actively participating in the fight for equality and using your privilege to support those who are marginalized. Remember the power of your vote. Voting for leaders and policies that protect and promote LGBTQIA+ rights is a fundamental way to contribute to lasting change. Each vote is a step toward a future where everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity, can live openly and authentically. Let's make this Pride Month not just a celebration, but a call to action. #Pride #VoteForEquality #CelebrateDiversity

JND Legal Administration, support that is superficial is getting called out these days. Supporting the LGBTQ+ community requires more than making a post and supporting gay white men… you’ve still got to work on eliminating racism and sexism in your workplace before you can be any kind of positive ally. Yes, I know Jennifer Keough and Neil Zola (who has either removed his profile, or is a sexist and racist coward who blocked me) don’t care. However, Jen seems to care about her social media image and Neil seems to care about liability. A push on both could help towards change. Holding yourself to the standards of Seattle would help your social media image, reduce liability, and if done correctly, would increase both morale and productivity. There’s a reason most business people in Seattle see taking care of your employees as a no brainer, common sense approach. #JNDLegalAdministration #classactions #civilrights #toxicworkenviroment #seattle #LGBTQ+ #alphabetmafia #neilzola
This Pride Month, JND celebrates the LGBTQIA+ community, honoring its rich history, resilience, and the ongoing fight for equality. It serves as a reminder of the courage it takes to live authentically and the progress achieved through decades of activism and solidarity. From the Stonewall Riots to modern-day advocacy, Pride Month is a time to acknowledge the contributions of LGBTQIA+ individuals to society, promote inclusivity, and continue the pursuit of justice and acceptance for all. As we celebrate with parades, festivals, and educational events, we reaffirm our commitment to standing with the LGBTQIA+ community in the pursuit of a world where everyone can live openly and freely. #pride2024 #inclusion #celebration

Together, We Rise Against Hate Yesterday, we received a call that deeply troubled us. It was from our members at Lancaster Pride , informing us about a distressing situation unfolding in our beloved city. The news left us shocked, horrified, and deeply saddened. At The Candy Factory (TCF), our doors are open to everyone. Hate finds no refuge within our walls. Our community is more than just words; we embody our values through action. Our members are actively working on the ground, striving for positive change for everyone. It's imperative that we, as a community, rise together against hate, fostering a culture of support and inclusivity. Supporting organizations like Lancaster Pride is crucial as they lead the hard work, advocating for equality, justice, and love. By standing with them, we amplify our collective voice against discrimination and reinforce our commitment to a world where everyone is valued and embraced. Let us unite in our efforts, for when we stand together, we are stronger, louder, and unbreakable. At TCF, we stand firm in our values of community, openness, accessibility, collaboration, and, above all, kindness. This post is not just a statement—it's a testament to our commitment. We live by our values every day and offer our unwavering support to our LGBTQ+ community. Together, we will continue to foster a community where everyone is welcome and kindness prevails. 💪🌈 #CommunityStrong #LancasterPride #KindnessOverHate

What better way to kick off #PrideMonth than celebrating the LGBTQIA+ community and the many contributions of leaders from across Greater Boston making change for a more equitable and inclusive Commonwealth? Our team had a great time at the Boston Business Journal Business of Pride event last week, and we look forward to joining other festivities throughout the month (and year-round). The event was also a reminder of how, each year, more companies are adopting communications (and marketing) campaigns to demonstrate allyship. The most successful of those are ones that reflect authentic actions to advance LGBTQIA+ priorities and celebrate team contributions. That's why we wanted to re-share these five things to keep in mind for successful campaigns that support LGBTQIA+ rights movements and promote self-affirmation, dignity, equality, and increased visibility of this community. https://lnkd.in/e8HHGAXV

As #pridemonth comes to an end, it's important to remember that #diversity remains a significant topic in many areas, including #clinicaltrials, where too many people are invisible. We need to ensure everyone is represented and has the same opportunity to benefit from medical progress. Human rights are for everyone, everywhere — no matter who you are or whom you love. 🖤🤎❤️🧡💛💚💙💜 Each of us can call out discrimination wherever we may see it. This Pride Month is an opportunity to stand up for equal rights and fair treatment of LGBTIQ+ people everywhere: http://unfe.org
