Calling all Circle Academy alumni! Today marks the launch of our alumni offer which will enable all of our 300+ circle academy partners to play an active and ongoing role in our annual programme. This is a critical way of us achieving our goals of increasing mid-level talent retention and improving gender balance at senior leadership level. In order to achieve this, they will be launching a report that focuses on the employee lifecycle include attraction, recruitment, onboarding, learning & development, engagement, reward, and progression. This is where we need your input - we encourage those from ethnic minority (global majority) backgrounds based in the UK, especially those from an East Asian and Southeast Asian background to take part. There are 12 questions in total which explores your experience in the workplace. If you are from an East Asian and Southeast Asian background, be sure to: ✅️ Tick the box for Asian/Asian British - East and Southeast Asian (ESEA) for Question 5 ✅️ In the same question, tick the other box and include your specific race and ethnicity, for example British Chinese, Filipino, Mixed Vietnamese and White ✅️ Tick "Asian Leadership Collective" for the "Where did you hear about us" Asian Leadership Collective believes in better representation in the workplace for ESEA people as part of the wider efforts for diverse and normalising intersectional leadership.
