Success for #ACCS during the NATO Exercise Poggio Dart 23 Two ACCS systems (A Combined Air Operations Center CARS and a Deployable Control Reporting Center DARS) were used to conduct the whole PODA23 exercise from computer assisted exercise to live planning/tasking to the execution of live operations. The DARS was interfaced with radars and over Tactical Data Links (L16 and JRE) exchanging real time information with CAOCs and Fighters and getting backlink information from these flying assets. This exercise gathered around 30 Allied aircraft (F-35, F-16…) with an average of 35 live flights per day. Read more: https://lnkd.in/e_zsNm-m

To be able to manage an average of 35 live flights per day 35 years after the very beginning of the ACCS Program, are we supposed to be impressed by such an improvement ?
