Most people need to feel connected to their work and the real impact made that they contribute to. I do for sure. Yes, you have to obsess over operational efficiency, efficacy, conversions, throughput, data frameworks, CAC, tech stacks, etc, but being a human connected to a purpose is what keeps teams and orgs flourishing. Whenever I talk to someone who has recently had a major breakthrough at work (new service, new product, new feature, new way of delivering), it's almost always after they talked to an actual customer (in our case, it's learners and employers). And whenever I see someone light up about something their org achieved, it's almost always after they realized the impact made on someone's life. {I do light up when I figure out revenue leakage from a TechStack issue or solving dirty data problems that unlock automation - but it's nowhere near the smile factor and joy produced after hearing from learners who have changed their lives}  Here are some of our champions. The event was exceptionally smooth and well-organized, and I probably played one of my best rounds of golf that day. The joy and satisfaction of playing so well and taking home the trophy were immense.   🎯 How did you maintain your focus and composure throughout the competition?   Shaun: Staying relaxed was key for me during the competition. Golf is a game that requires a calm mind and steady hands, so I focused on keeping my body loose and tension-free, which really helped my swing and overall performance.   🤝 How important do you think events like the Rockstead Cup are for fostering camaraderie and networking?   Shaun: Events like the Rockstead Cup are invaluable. Receiving the right information and the right training is crucial to our achievements. It’s one of the direct influences to our goals being just dreams or our goals becoming our reality. As a teenager I had this really simple idea: “Go straight to the source”. I was hungry to meet the people who took their dreams as seriously as I did, and I was so inspired by this idea, fed it everyday, that It unfolded. I was invited to go to Spain and train under the #1 British doubles player Dan Kiernan & Nathan Rooney at SotoTennis Academy I worked with Russian Perrenial Grand Slam contender Olga Morozova in London. I became sponsored by ATP #1 Doubles, #7 singles & Perennial Grand Slam Champion Emilio Sanchez Vicario in Florida. That small journey alone confirmed for me: - The right technical teaching can impact the results the player is having right away. - There are ideal age ranges to have completed fundamental technical, physical, mental and tactical competencies in order to have a development rate that makes you one of the best in the world. - If your goal is to be the best in the world, having an environment of those who are or have been the best in the world is going to heavily influence that from happening. - The parent’s consciousness, as it ascertains to the ultimate goal, is going to heavily make or break the dream from happening. The ones who are ready will be open to being coached and mentored for the benefit of their child’s career results. 2 ways I can help right now: 1.
