It's a wrap! Earlier this summer, we hosted 16 students, giving them a week-long insight into life as a space engineer. Through a series of seminars led by Telespazio UK engineers, the year 12 participants learnt about the fundamental components that enable any space mission. This set them up to work in competing teams to tackle a project brief and design a fleet of satellites to support a required service, culminating in the teams presenting their solutions to a judging panel of Telespazio UK's Geoff Busswell, UK Space Agency's Rebecca Irving, Leonardo's Simon Harwood and European Space Agency - ESA's John Shirlaw.
