As a #BusinessOwner, I can say: It is difficult to delegate sometimes. But if you don't learn how to do it properly, the consequences can be drastic. No spoilers. Interesting piece. I think every manager struggles to find the right balance as each team’s strengths, weaknesses, capabilities and the work demanded of them all constantly change. However, if they can hire for talent, proactive attitude/behaviors, and are able to convey the “demands”/expectations as an intended outcome, they should be able to let that team find/develop the path to that outcome.

Every decision is a dance of trade-offs. To infuse purpose and mindfulness into one’s mindset to solve difficult problems, we should reflect often and be skeptical of our own ‘perfect’ ideas. Only then we can uncompromisingly unravel the complexities of both direct and indirect consequences in every decision we make. A series of thoughtful decisions will drive sustainable incremental progress towards a practical solution no matter how hard/big the problem is. 🙏🏽
