Strategic decisions Prospecting Managing people Writing Anything You put in an input you get an output. "Blue collar" your work by intentionally monitoring and adjusting. This means changing the system from: Input -> Output To: Input -> Output -> Analyze (then cycle back to input, adjusted) You can take all your most important processes and by changing them from unconscious processes to intentional processes that you're improving over time. I have my own "SOPs" (standard operating procedures) for management, writing, decision making, etc. and I review them quarterly and note any important adjustments I should make to improve my leverage and results. Make your work more "blue collar" (repeatable and efficient) and think of your work as a system and intentionally test and adjust over time. You'll increase leverage and personal effectiveness. #strategy #management #productivity
