It's tough being a leader.. knowing teams expect YOU to solve the problems.. but then who do you go to? Coaching is amazing to give you tools, other communities are great to have a group to be a part of, but Sidebar does what so few paid communities do.. they match you with the people you need at the right place, the right time WITH facilitators who help you solve problems, achieve goals and be held accountable along the way. I don't know a single leader who doesn't need that

2moLet's go - everything Sidebar is dropping is solving massive problems I've had. As a leader it's lonely out there. I have some text chains that are GOLD with some other leaders but even they aren't necessarily invested in my specific goals. (sure they'll answer a question or hop on a call, but there's no regular cadence check ins). That's where Sidebar comes in. My personal board of directors are like my confidants and teammates in hitting my goals, and I them. Every product they drop supports this new community movement. There are tons of communities out there (many great), but havent' seen one that aligns with the unique goals of each leader as much as Sidebar. Sidebar has been the biggest professional unlock for me. Bravo, Lexy for building gold!
