This disproportionately affects students of color and low-income students. 𝗧𝗼 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗿𝗲𝗻 𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆: ▪️I cannot stress enough how CRITICAL it is for you to be as prepared as possible, as early as possible, so that you can make well-informed, strategic decisions and to effectively advocate for your child's education. ▪️If you’re not taking early action, my biggest concern for you is that you'll slip into a problematic cycle of reactivity, constantly playing catch up, and ultimately putting you at a disadvantage—making it increasingly difficult to course correct the way you would like to. If you don’t think you have time now or think it’s too early, putting off this strategic prep work will leave you with fewer options than you might otherwise have. I’ve been in K-12 education for 20+ years. I know far too many well-intentioned parents express regret at not starting sooner. 😒 ▪️That's why working with me on your strategy NOW helps set you up for success.
