I talk about Mental Health a lot because it has shaped my life in so many ways. The stigma that still surrounds all things in the mental health realm stifles progress and stymies change. We have to get real, own our stories, and know that it is okay to need help and offer empathy to those in need. Once that happens, we can write the endings to our stories in a beautiful new light.
