I wish I did but it's hard to move up in store that changes upper management like it's a monopoly game 🎮! It would be NICE to get an ETL that is around more than a year! It seems like we are playing the game, Hot Potato 🥔! Stability would be nice for ONCE!

Target is a very toxic and unequitable place to work. I had a very toxic senior manager. Wish this was a story rooted in a broad reality. If you go to work at Target, expect your career to stall and be discriminated against because you are older and think differently.
