100 points to whoever spots the problem with this post about inclusion......not being inclusive! 🙄 Go..... *update* I'm pleased to share that Inclusive Employers have been very positive about suggested improvements to their content, to ensure it's more accessible and inclusive! This makes my post here a success in my opinion! 🤗 If only more organisations were as welcoming! Many accuse me of publicity 'dragging' them or attempting to shame them. All I am trying to do, is make people more aware! Inclusion shouldn't be just an illusion! The most important A.I of all is accessibility and inclusion. Oh, and there's actual laws coming in, in 2025, that'll mean you have to make sure you're legally compliant with your content, your websites etc!! The EEA ~ European Accessibility Act.
