STRUGGLING TO START BUSINESS NETWORKING People find several reasons to justify their avoidance of networking, for example, fears, introversion, lack of confidence, etc. However, networking matters. “It’s not what you know, but who you know”. Networking is a must, but how to make it? First of all, make your mindset. Networking is advantageous for knowledge sharing, visibility enhancement, and opportunities for career advancement, so with networking, people gain huge support from like-minded communities. Let’s learn to accept and self-motivate that we must act toward broadening our networks. Secondly, set specific goals. Identifying a clear goal means that you acknowledge what you need, who you should ask, and how people can help you. It will become easier for you to open up a new relationship and start conversations. Last but not least, be yourself. Only an authentic version of yourself can help you engage and maintain meaningful networking relationships. Authenticity allows people to build trust in their relationships so that people can be more open and welcome with opportunities for value exchange. #Networking #Businessnetowrking #Careergrowth #Careersuccess #Careeradvancement #Knowledgesharing

Networking Is One Of The Least Effective Ways To Gain Traction Networking for the sake of networking can lead to superficial connections that don’t benefit your career. The quality of connections matters more than quantity. Attending every networking event and collecting business cards might seem productive. Building deep, meaningful relationships with a few key people in your industry is much more valuable. I don’t like building relationships in case I need someone in the future. I like to build relationships that bring me joy and fulfillment in the now. When I need something from a contact, I am upfront about it. I cut to the chase and make my ask; I do not force a connection for the sake of self-interest. While having a wide network might look impressive, the quality of your connections is what really counts. Tag a professional connection that has brought you joy. #QualityConnections #BeyondNetworking #MeaningfulNetworking

Stop Networking If You Want to Succeed: Here’s why connecting isn’t what you think “Stop Networking If You Want to Succeed.” It’s a bold statement, but one that challenges the core of conventional wisdom. We’ve been conditioned to believe that networking is about quantity—collecting as many business cards, LinkedIn connections, and followers as possible. But what if the relentless pursuit of connections is actually hindering your success? In this fast-paced world, the quality of connections is what truly matters. Rather than casting a wide net, focus on building deep, meaningful relationships with a few key individuals. These relationships, built on trust and mutual respect, will be far more valuable than a superficial network. As Victor Hugo once said, “Nothing is more powerful than an idea whose time has come.” The idea here is that genuine connections, not just broad networks, are the key to true success. #Csight #elitenetworking

The Power of Networking. In today's interconnected world, networking is a critical key to professional success. Here are 3 essential tips to help you harness the full potential of your network: 1. Build Genuine Relationships: Networking is about more than just exchanging business cards or LinkedIn connections. It's about building meaningful relationships based on trust and mutual benefit. Take the time to understand the interests and goals of others. Genuine relationships often lead to the most fruitful opportunities. Besides, its easy to detect fake people nowadays. 2. Give Before You Get: Approach networking with a mindset of giving. Offer your help, share valuable resources, or provide introductions without expecting anything in return. This generosity creates a positive reputation and encourages others to reciprocate. Remember, networking is a two-way matter. 3. Follow Up and Stay Engaged: The initial connection is just the beginning. Follow up with the people you meet and find ways to stay engaged. Whether it’s a quick message, a coffee catch-up, or sharing an article you think they’d find interesting, consistent communication keeps your network active and vibrant. Effective networking can open doors to new opportunities, provide valuable insights, and support your career growth. Invest in your network, and it will undoubtedly pay you back. #ammarshares #networking #professionalgrowth
