Good afternoon! Although it’s Wednesday during the autumn break, our team remains dedicated and hard at work at the office. 💼
Today, we’d like to share an inspiring story about how the “impossible” became possible for Gromas A/S. 🎉✨
Gromas A/S sought an efficient solution for welding rotors for water pumps, and many said it couldn’t be done. ❌
🚰 But with the integration of our RBCobot 🤖, not only did they meet their quality expectations—they exceeded them! The RBCobot delivered more uniform and precise welds than traditional manual welding could ever achieve. 🔥🔩
Here’s what happened:
🚀 Increased Efficiency: Welding time per pump was reduced from approximately 3 (!) hours to just 52 minutes. ⏱️
📈 Higher Production Output: Annual delivery capacity increased from 550 to 800 finished rotors. 🛠️
🔍 Improved Quality: Uniform welds resulted in less post-processing and better end products, reducing added balancers from 140 grams to as low as 10-15 grams. 🎯
They told Uniwelco: “The automation enables us to deliver all the rotors we’re expected to. Before, we simply couldn’t.” 🗣️
