We started a new weekly tradition here at PeerSpot. 🤠 On Mondays I take out 4 PeerSpot employees for lunch to have quality time together out of the office. It's specifically 4 people who work in different departments, so they get to know each other better as well, and to talk to colleagues they don't usually work with. After we get settled in, order our food 🍔 🥗 , and chit chat, I ask everyone to share what they enjoy doing when *not* at work. It's so interesting to learn about people's hobbies, passions, and dreams! Of course, we also discuss work—interesting projects, business questions, and more. This year has taught me a valuable lesson: loving what you do is essential. Last night, while watching my team deliver an amazing Butlins Big Weekender event, I was reminded of this lesson. It only took a 5-second moment to realize that when you surround yourself with a great team, amazing outcomes are inevitable. Remember, success is a result of hard work, dedication, and passion. When you love what you do, it shines through in your work. And when you have a team that shares that passion, there's no limit to what you can achieve.
