MY LESSONS LEARNED: With years of experience wisdom is the reward; yet it’s a challenge to keep an internal flame 🔥 alight and not let it fade out as usually happens with aging employees. So following are some of my key take aways: 1. Embrace change and be open to adopting new domains and technologies. 2. Lifelong learning is essential; the moment learning stops, consider it as the end of your intellectual growth. 3.
