Hello LinkedIn friends. As some of our clients and professional contacts may already know, Dudley and its software development team have spent the last few years programming our new land data management system (Kudu). We're using it on our projects now and are continuing to add features each month. At this point we are seeking client feedback to help guide our future software development efforts as, ultimately, we'd want our product to be used by brokers and clients alike.
So....for my contacts that use brokers:
1) 1-10.....How much value do you place on your broker's consistent use of land systems (databases)? 10 being you find it highly valuable.
2) 1-10.....If your brokers do use a database, would you and/or your inhouse team find value in being able to access/use that database for your internal use?
3) If yes, what general information or features would be the most beneficial to your in-house team?
Thanks in advance y'all. Any feedback you may want to share would be greatly appreciated!!!
