lol leadership is def a rank at T-Mobile, hard to relax and take pto when the store manager won’t let you take it cuz it interferes with the schedule, hard to build your brand the right way when management wants you to add lines without people’s knowledge and tell them they qualify for internet when they don’t and to plug in a different address etc
