Now I’ve had enough being as though as a t- mobile customer. I’ve been to the Frankford store more times then I can count on my hands and feet. Calling in to the customer service telling them someone has been hacking my account and using my name because every time I make a payment arrangement on my account something happens. Not to mention my bill keeps changing and my daughter and grandson all of a sudden can’t get access to our cellphone account and it’s just us on there and my daughter phone was stolen but how was she able to make a payment arrangement and she’s not me??????? Soooooooo who messed up?????

To date, I'm satisfied with my TMobile plan, saving about $50 a month versus my previous carrier and now my new 5G home wifi and YouTube TV streaming saved me over $200 a month on my home wifi and tv plan. Kudos to me for making the switch

Moving forward!

Does that include terminating people for disabilities? 🤔

Corporate responsibility... You mean things like making sure you have ⬜Accessibility like visual voicemail?? ⬜Better customer support? ⬜Not raising rates on your customers? You're missing a few checks.

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has mandated that cellphone carriers implement measures to enhance the reliability and safety of phone voice connections, particularly for emergency services. This includes ensuring the proper functioning of Enhanced 911 (E911) services, which provide critical location and callback information to emergency responders. The FCC also requires carriers to transition away from outdated technologies like 3G to free up spectrum for advanced services such as 5G, ensuring that all voice communications, including emergency calls, are routed effectively and reliably. Furthermore, the FCC's implementation of the TRACED Act enhances protections against illegal robocalls and mandates call authentication to prevent spoofing, thereby improving overall call integrity and security [oai_citation:1,Voice Telephone Services Report | Federal Communications Commission](https://www.fcc.gov/voice-telephone-services-report) [oai_citation:2,Plan Ahead for Phase Out of 3G Cellular Networks and Service | Federal Communications Commission](https://www.fcc.gov/consumers/guides/plan-ahead-phase-out-3g-cellular-networks-and-service) [oai_citation:3,5G FAQs | Federal Communications Commission](https://www.fcc.gov/5g-
