No matter our level of expertise, there is always room to grow. Back in 2009 when I joined QUEST Alliance, it was like a sapling trying to find its way into this world , and today I see a forest that is trying to make this world a better place. This journey so far, has been nothing short of adventures that have given me the biggest joys and also has challenged me in many ways. Taking a moment to celebrate, how Quest has shaped up with so many amazing milestones to celebrate. Some of my favorites definitely have been: 1. The #culture of play, courage, compassion that we have been able to cultivate 2. Our #partners and well wishers that have stayed with us over decades and still the bonds are going stronger 3. Having a chance to play diverse & different #roles over these years from working on our first strategy note, to doing on ground work, to building content and facilitating groups, to setting up new teams like our Experience lab, to driving govt relations. 4. My personal dream has always been to #impact large scale public learning systems. It’s been so gratifying to take a collective approach to transforming those, while working very closely with the system actors 5. The incredible #people at Quest that I have worked with, my different teams, my peers and all the people I have received mentorship and inspiration from. We laughed, cried and did everything in between. 6. The most recent and perhaps the best has been to have our own space to house all of the chaos and our dreams, our very own #QuestLearningObservatory. My biggest #learning has been that the key role for any leader is to find balance, to hold polarities, dualism and dichotomies as we work towards taking ourselves, our work, our teams, our organisation and our society forward. Quest’s 5 year forward strategy is holding a promise - to prepare our young people to not only embrace the future but build the future they wish to see. We want to build an organisation on the philosophies of #Taoism, which we deeply resonate with. As I turn 40, I am looking at the coming decade with a lot of hope and excitement to continue to do meaningful work and drive my journey with a lot more intention, with a lot of amazing people by my side. For now, my heart is full of #gratitude for everything I have learnt and everything I have been able to contribute to in the #15Years of working at Quest, and having the privilege to see it come together as a beautiful forest with interconnected systems 🙂

A sincere welcome to my Growth and Engagement Team, and thank you for trusting your next career journey with us - Harrish Sivaganeesh, Nataliya Kozyrina and Dash Bylykbashi. Hiring the right talents is not an easy task. It's not perfect science when it comes to making the match for an individual who has personal and professional goals, a company that has its business growth and strategies, and in an industry that demands that you are passionate about what you do every day, because it's hard work that requires dedication and excellence. We hosted a 30-day round table to meet with our new team members and leaders, and what I appreciate most about these conversations is that we have a safe environment to understand how we are supporting them in their immersive journey of becoming part of the team and how they are building relationships with each other and in different departments. Many goals were accomplished so far within their first 30 days, and I know they will continue to excel in their next 60—and 90-day journeys. One thing that I will always remember and appreciate: Each job we accept and take on is not just a job or title. It's part of our career journey that helps us grow personally and professionally. We don't get from point A to Z in one giant leap. It's step by step that we learn, acquire experiences, and build relationships. Cheers to the continued success of our growing team! Today marks 3 years at Supercell. Joining Supercell was a defining moment and I joined to do the absolute best work of my career surrounded by truly inspiring people. In the blink of an eye years have now passed and it's been a wild ride (to say the least)! Things have changed a lot since I started, initially joining the Investments team supporting studios to help grow their games. In my first few months Beatstar 🎸and Love and Pies 🥧 launched and Merge Mansion 👵 started to take the internet by storm. We suddenly had a portfolio of success stories and live games with tons of learnings. I have had an amazing opportunity to meet, spar, and learn from some incredibly talented people from all around the world across so many different backgrounds. The challenges were always different and I never stopped growing. I dove head first into cross promotion with Supercell ID for Boom Beach Frontlines, concept testing with new games from Papukaya, Shipyard, 2UP, more and coached teams about everything I knew on all of the things (and discovered a whole lot more too). At some point, it started to become clear that we needed to level up our own skills at Supercell and a small crew of us started to form, bringing together our collective knowledge of driving games with UA. Living up to our culture, I thought of what would be best for Supercell and that meant moving towards a new direction and leading the Performance Marketing team. Over the course of the next 2 years we grew to over a dozen bringing in some of the best people I've ever worked with who are absolute unicorns of the industry tackling some insanely crazy challenges to ensure that Supercell's best days are ahead of us. We managed to find the right amount of process and tools and tech mixed with strategy and creativity and innovation, bringing in knowledge from our past mistakes and shared experiences. We made tough calls with limited resources and focused on impact and sustainable, profitable growth. We stayed together and built a strong team with unique strengths from everyone that paired us all together. We made mistakes, learned from them, picked ourselves up and continued to always move forward. I'm really proud of what we have accomplished and the dream team that we assembled. There are big things in store, I can promise you that! While we may be quiet and humble in proper Finnish fashion, we are laser focused and determined on our shared mission. So now as I watch Brawl Stars go off into the stratosphere with Godzilla 🚀, Haaland enter into Clash of Clans ⚽, and Squad Busters gear up for Global 🌎 (just to name a few!), I feel incredibly proud of what I've been apart of at Supercell and what's to come around the corner. Special thanks to all those who've been a part of this journey and supported me along the way at my best and my worst. I can't even begin to name everyone and show all the gratitude and appreciation I have. Cheers to all the wins, losses and learnings! 🍾
