Very excited to see the results of SIA’s 2024 North America Staffing Company Survey, and proud to share that Magnit was recognized as the most commonly recommended MSP by staffing companies. Each year, this survey highlights where the industry is and what staffing firms are looking for. What do staffing firms care most about in regard to MSPs? This year, survey responses indicate they’re looking for a good experience for all parties, fast and responsive issue resolution management, and an organized approach with ready solutions to achieve goals. IT Staffing Performance Improving for Many But Not All IT Staffing Firms Yesterday, I presented TechServe Alliance's State of the Industry Webinar with veteran industry analyst Jim Janesky. While I shared extensive data and analysis, we also did live polling on the state of the industry. While performance varies widely and there is there is no single narrative that captures the current state of the market, 37% reported growth over last year. This is up from our October 2023 survey when only 27% reported year-over-year growth. Most respondents (78%) were also very bullish on the prospects for growth through the remainder of 2024.
